They were more than willing to help explain the dishes and the whole process for those new to hot pots. The interior design/decoration is a little plain, but it's VERY clean. I learned as I was walking out that they are planning an entirely gluten free menu in a couple weeks with brand new cookware and utensils as to not have any cross contamination for people who want to have a family style experience but can't due to food restrictions. ”
